		<description>Thanks Elizabeth!  I have to admit, the lemon mousse was partially made.  I had made homemade lemon curd (one of my all time favs) a couple of week before.  It was waiting to be used at just the right time.  So, I whipped some heavy cream (no calorie counting that night) and folded in the lemon curd...it was delish!</description>
