Ingredients
  • 2 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup of finely julienned carrots
  • 1 inch nub of finely minced ginger
  • ¼ cup finely julienned radish
  • 1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons minced basil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • sea salt
Instructions
  1. Julienne all veggies on a mandolin.
  2. Toss all the ingredients together and salt to taste with sea salt.
