Asian Cole Slaw
- 2 cups of shredded cabbage
- 1 cup of finely julienned carrots
- 1 inch nub of finely minced ginger
- ¼ cup finely julienned radish
- 1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons minced basil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- sea salt
- Julienne all veggies on a mandolin.
- Toss all the ingredients together and salt to taste with sea salt.
