Hot Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes
- 4 oz. Dark Chocolate
- 8 oz Butter
- 2 Eggs
- ½ C. Sugar
- ½ C. Flour
- 8 Chocolate Truffles
- Pinch of Flake Salt
- Melt dark chocolate and butter together.
- Mix eggs and sugar for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the melted chocolate into mixture into the egg mixture.
- Add the flour.
- Fill ramekins, sprayed and floured, half way.
- Add chocolate truffle to the center
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot out of the oven.
