The Traveling Cookbook is our project to raise awareness and donations for a LoveFeast Table hosted MobilePack unit for Feed My Starving Children . This packing unit will provide 100,000 meals for starving children in the highest needs area of the world. Our goal is to raise the $24,000 needed to provide this unit. To spread the word about the MobilePack goal, we launched The Traveling Cookbook, inviting bloggers to share recipes and stories from their tables, featuring Ree Drummond’s “The Pioneer Woman Cooks”. At each tabletop stop – the bloggers are sharing their time with the cookbook and our goal for a LoveFeast Table MobilePack. We are excited to have Ree’s blessing on this project – as we are “scrap-booking” the pages of her lovely cookbook with notes, memos, and doodling and stories of each blogger’s experience with the recipes they have chosen.
