But then I realized my kitchen no longer felt like my happy place. So, gradually all the important little things that make me smile (ie. the bottom of an old cookie jar a friend gave me when she moved away. I've got wooden tools in it now. And, the old wooden shoe stretcher my mom used for holding a recipe card.)came out to the counter-tops. Now my kitchen is my happy place once again. Thanks for sharing photos of your favorite room.
