They’ve definitely become a new tradition for our table! (For the most part we stick to traditional fare, but we like to add one or two “experiments” each year, it spices things up!).

Can’t wait for all of the smells, warmth and laughter :) The menu is still to be determined. Thanks for all of the ideas!

I may just make it for our table, in honor of you! Definitely try the roasted root vegetables. They more than meet a need!

Doing it for health reasons and it is yielding and amazing result Including weight loss. Yay! My friend Bethany who is an avid all veg ( we haven’t been doing pescatarian like my cheating mom lol) decided we are going to a classic stuffed pumpkin . I am not one for turkey anyway but I will miss the stuffed flounder . I am excited to explore a new option and see if it fills me up and satisfies the holida craving for a hearty thanksgiving dinner . Kristin if you can think of some gokd veggie sides please share .
Here is the recipe for the stuffed pumpkin. Veggies unite! But I’m not gonna lie and say I don’t miss meat, I suppose everything in moderation .

I’m going to need something easy to transport…thinking about a new recipe I’ve been wanting to try for pecan chocolate pie bars. Happy Thanksgiving to you!
