My husband has looked at getting fish and chips here and I always have to remind him it won’t be the same, they don’t tend to fry them the same, and he’ll be sad.

I grew up and as a kid..going into the corner pub any time was not a bad thing! Tante Stein was a family friend for years and you knew you could always get a hug and a drink and something to eat…even if the place wasnt officially serving or she was really busy..she made time for you! A whole other culture for sure.
