My mom taught me the same thing… I’m sooo proud to be Irish, and I loved chatting w/my kids about it this, and every, holiday.

My mom is 1/2 Irish, 1/2 Italian. She always said (and now I do): “But 100% Irish in spirit”.

The day I returned from a trip to ireland is the day I met my hubby! I’m IN LOVE with that damn country, and desperately wanna go back!

Cheers!

I have long wanted to visit Ireland. Maybe in a year or two when Sophie is just a little older, we’ll make our way to the Emerald Isle.

I’ll make it to Ireland one day. We’re Scotch-Irish on my mother’s side, and I’ve made it to Scotland but not yet to Ireland. One day soon though!

I, too, am Irish on my mother’s side. And I long to visit Ireland someday soon. My husband and I were in Europe two years ago and our next trip is Ireland and Scotland. You are now my go-to authority on all things Ireland. I love those red-haired babies! Now if that isn’t indicative of some Irish blood, I don’t know what is!

I really enjoyed Jon’s Culinary insights ;o) Your wee children look more Irish than I do… I love their red hair!

Beannachtaí na Féile Pádraig daoibh!
