Just found you! Thanks for the great posts! I always split my PBCookie recipe in half and add butterscotch chips to one (for me, the way I grew up eating them) and plain (for my husband, who grew up that way). Oh, and I always underbake my half just slightly because I like mine closer to the chewy side and slightly overbake my honeys half because he likes them on the crunchy side… PBCookies are his favorite so they’re kind of a big deal in our house. Thanks for Sharing!!

I love the sweet and salty flavors of a good peanut butter cookie. But of course, they have to be firm and chewy too. I think these are the magic ones…

I LOVE pb cookies fresh from the freezer. My mom used to bake these in large quantities and then freeze them in baggies of 3 in the deep-freeze for our lunches. The supply never lasted as long as she anticipated, for some reason, though!

My favorite thing is to put a kiss on top. There’s not much better than pb and chocolate. It seems I am not alone in this.
