Kristin, don’t forget that the beauty of the Advantium is that you can add your own SpeedCook presets. Just navigate to the preset for Filet, 1 inch, Medium, select edit to see what the programmed settings are (maybe write them down), and then program your own preset with those same lamp settings but a shorter cook time. Maybe something like 12 minutes instead of 16.
