Fancy Friday Holiday Shopping

We, along with our husbands, have every age and stage in our own large families.  We have 9 children total and they run from preschool age 3 through 1st grade, elementary school, middle school, to our oldest 16 year old boys.  We are the main shoppers of our households so along with the decorating, the cooking, the shopping and the wrapping this is a busy time of year.  But, gift giving is something we love to do.  Some may say this season is too materialistic.  And, it is true it sometimes may seem to push that way.  But, gifts are fun…they make people happy…sometimes they’re a need…sometimes they’re a want…but well chosen can spark imagination, meet a need, or maybe just warm the heart.  Gifts hallmark that indeed there is something… someone to celebrate!!

Here are a few of our ideas:

Unique rosebud earrings in black from the etsy shop, Daily Chocolate.  Very chic!

One of our favorite things are happy glasses!  We love the turquoise color of these Moroccan tea glasses.  We wonder if our friend Erin, from House of Turquoise has seen them yet?  They are from Casablanca Market.  They would be great as votives for tablescaping, wine or of course for their tradition use for serving tea.

We’re a little partial to the LoveFeast Vacay bag we designed with Gussy to take to Mexico last September.  It is super comfortable to carry and strong enough to hold a lap top too!

Plush Pumpkins from our new LoveFeast Shop are currently donning our table and mantel!  They are beautiful handmade decorative velvet pumpkins with real preserved natural stems.  There are so many colors to choose from!  We are going to be putting together color collections for winter in December.  Check out all the color possibilities at our LoveFeast Shop.
